I CANNOT wait to share today’s recipe with you! If you know me, you know my favorite food (this is for real) is mustard. I still remember in high school my family bought me a gallon container of mustard for my birthday, ha ha! And you better believe it got used! I love mustard in any way shape or form. And you better believe if I’m eating something that requires a condiment I will be putting mustard on it. 

Today’s recipe includes a lot of my favorite things, but mustard being my top favorite! It adds the perfect amount of flavor, and in this case SPICE!

Have you ever heard of Colman’s Mustard? I have never tried it before this recipe, but let me tell you, it’s a WINNER! This mustard has a little kick to it, and it is MMMMMM good! I will be using this on all future turkey sandwiches and hot dogs. I can’t wait to hear how you like it too!

With it being summer and having so many parties, get-togethers, and celebrations I wanted an easy side dish that is a crowd pleaser. I decided to make these adorable and delightful little Egg Salad Sandwich Bites!! You will die over these! They have so much flavor packed into one little bite thanks to Colman’s!  These are perfect for baby showers, summer parties, and BBQ’s. Not only are they delish, they are simple to make and make a great little side dish to just about anything. Cue: Hallelujah Chorus!

Ingredients
  1. 1 dozen hard boiled eggs
  2. 1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
  3. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  4. 1/2 Mayonnaise
  5. 2 tablespoons Colman's Original Mustard
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste
  7. Bread for Sandwiches. (I used a baguette loaf and cut into slices)
Instructions
  1. Peel hard boiled eggs and add into bowl. Use a fork to press and mix until they are broken apart into small pieces.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir
  3. Add Egg mixture onto small pieces of bread and serve!
