Sloppy Joe Sliders-with a kick

Who’s so excited that it’s finally summer?!  (Me! Me! Me!) We have been loving the laid back feeling of summer and have slept in on a few different occasions after long days at the pool in the sun. It’s heaven! And each day of summer that passes I get excited for one of my FAVORITE HOLIDAYS that’s coming up…..The 4th of July.

I love all the patriotism that happens during July, fireworks, and especially all the parties! I am planning on hosting my very first 4th of July party, and I am in prep mode already! What to wear, what to eat, how many sparklers do I need??!! Ah!

Sloppy Joe Sliders-with a kick

First on the food list: these amazing Sloppy Joe Sliders. I LOVE regular sloppy joes, but I wanted to switch it up for the get-together and make them extra fun. These Sloppy Joes Sliders are not only a fun size, but they have a little heat to them! I am someone who LOVES spice, whether it be hardly noticeable or burn your mouth off (ha ha). These sliders are a happy medium and are loved by all!

How do I make these Sloppy Joe Sliders spicy do you ask? I used Colman’s Mustard Powder. You may have read THIS POST where we used Colman’s Mustard as well to add  a little spice. You can’t go wrong with this stuff! It adds so much to any recipe!
