Dinner In A Pumpkin

Dinner In A Pumpkin

Sometimes my inner Martha Stewart speaks to me. She just can’t be ignored. This weekend I was feeling extra Martha-ie and I made everyone their own individual Dinner in a pumpkin! My mom used to make this when I was a kid. It is a tradition that I plan on keeping every year, why? BECAUSE IT IS DELICIOUS!

Dinner In A Pumpkin

Your ghosts and goblins will gobble this up! We call it pumpkin brains and my boys think that is SO COOL! I love meals that make the whole family happy!

  1. This is too cute! And sounds way flavorful and delicious! I think it’d love to do this, but the hollowing out 5 little pumpkins part sounds like too much- BUT if I could do it with a mom friend while the kids play… Im down!

    1. I laid down a disposable table cloth outside. I let the kids do the hollowing while I prepared the rest inside! I hate hollowing out pumpkins! ha ha ha
